Transfering Coins - could it be possible?

Hello.

At first glance, I did not find a topic with the same content, so please forgive me if it has ever been asked or suggested somewhere.

I would like to have a chance to use my collected coins. Due to the fact that I already have all the colors and icons and also all the items I want, I do not need my coins at all and would like to be able to transfer them. Either to another of my accounts or to other players. But I find it pointless that I just collect them incidentally - so at least I wanted to ask if there is a possibility?
If it should not be possible, it is of course not bad. But it would be nice not to let the 60,000 Coins lapse. So it is not a must but a nice to have!

Hello Whooops,

As described in this topic http://forum.curvefever.com/content/guide-how-report we sadly enough don't allow any transfers of titles or ingame currencies. Our apologies.

Best,

Hello.

Maybe I expressed myself a little misleading? It was not about a one-time transaction or a special treatment just for me. Would not it be beneficial for everyone if you could transfer the coins to other accounts? Or just someone could help a little 'save' for colors, etc.? In addition, it would have the advantage that there is at least the chance that fewer accounts would be 'stolen' because the mesh "Give me your password and I'll buy you ..." would not draw to that extent. Unfortunately, your linked topic did not help me figure out a reason, but just showed me what you wrote here: "It's not allowed." - but why? What speaks against it?

We had this topic at the past and there is a quite simple reason against this: coinboosting.

You can easily add several accounts, let them play against eachother(without getting a high rank on one of them, so the boost won't be noticed) and collect coins on 6 accounts. Later just transfer the coins to your main and you get the coins 6 times faster.

Also it would be quite simple to do this automatically:

  1. create 6 2nds
  2. log them all in together and set the same controlkeys(e.g. left and right)
  3. program a bot that sends the info "left" once every minute
  4. create a locked room and start the game

-> the game will automatically start if the room is full(6/6) and the host isn't premium + the accounts won't be kicked as they move once every minute => nobody will care about a locked room with unknown accounts and they collect you a massiv amount of coins within no time and you can transfer it to the account you want

Forgot to mention the bad site of coinboosting. As I said, it will make it easier to collect coins, but you may ask - "whats bad about it"? The problem is, CurveFever wants to earn money. Several players pay for coins to receive special colours or items, so if you make it easier to collect coins, less players will spend their money on this game.

-> If you check it fromt the site of the owners, nobody will implement features that decrease the income = this feature won't be added

Hello.

Okay, that's right. I completely ignored the economic part. From the owner's point of view, I would not do that - at least free for everyone. But there is the possibility that it is limited to premium users who already have all the colors or the like. However, the relationship between effort and benefit would no longer be the same. So I live with the fact that the number of coins just changes every day until I stop playing someday.

Thank you for the helpful answer! Smile
