Hi guys,
The support system was broken for several weeks so it was hard for us to do some support. We got it back this week. Expect to have an answer in the next 10 days. If you don't have any answer, then don't hesitate to send a mail again.
I will also give you more support in the next 10 days (forum + discord + support system) since the support is working again. I will have a talk with the new community manager concerning some issues that the moderators can't fix by themself.
My priorities will be the following :
1) Reply to the support mail
2) Clean up the forum topics
3) Answer to the Discord / Private messages
If you meet very urgent issues that need an immediate answer from us, leave a message on Discord (private message + in Help Discord section with "#Moderator").
