Hi guys,
Here is a small screenshot of what we are working on in Curve Fever 3. The room creation form. Especially notice the Powerups section. You can press All or None, and it will select All, or No powerups, and then you can select/deselect one powerup at a time. This should make it easier and faster to have people select their favourite powerup set.

1v1 mode is very important and different than ffa so it should be separated right from the start. It should also have its own game counter and win percent, unlike in CF2.
Hey, 1v1 is something we decided not to put in there from the start. We are focussing on making a great quickplay experience, and for that we need enough users to participate in the quick play. Adding more modes will seperate the amount of players by too much.
That being said, setting up a 1v1 game is very doable of course, but for our first launch we won't have rankings or stats for that, as it simply won't be ready by that time.

Hi Volpex, Thank you for the nice words. We start off with 8 players. I think going like Agar.IO, as many game companies are doing now, is not wise

Hey, about the custom play feature. I'd really appreciate if the selection of powerups within custom play would start from a blank- unchecked state - since most competitive players really only prefer a select few of powerups. And it gets tedious to uncheck all possible powerups for every game. Then you might as well create a special button next to the custom feature called "special".

Hi, we have quite the solution for you. The "None" button in the screenshot will deselect all the powerups. So deselecting all the powerups will only be 1 click!
hmmm so it's going to start like cf 2 ? and 1v1 is rly nice and fun to play geert ,i love to face my friends and beat them! :DD And last question are you going to make "dlc" i mean big updates to game with for example 1v1 mode ! :D And did u see slither io! they stole idea from curve fever(snakes killing other snakes)!!!

just hope u add as soon as possible features like 2on2on2(on2) or switches to turn Walls on/off, or other features i explained in my Topic "CF:3 Custom Play ideas".
please at least something which shows cleary that there is a additional benefit playing cf3 and not cf2 *SCRATCH*

Very nice! Clean and stylish, I like it.
Please make sure that the selected powerups DON'T change when a new player with powerups that you don't have unlocked yourself enters the room. This is the worst thing in room creation on CF2 right now in my eyes.
maybe add some "Mode Buttons" for quick THIN oder SPEED games

Quick Question: Have you solved the issue regarding the item set changing every time a player with new powerups comes in?
For example say I as a new player choose an item set, then a pro player with some unlocked items comes by and adds the option of putting those into the item set, but instead of just adding the option, it directly adds these items into the item set.
I hope I have explained myself clearly enough and this problem is solved for cf3 as, if I may, it looks glitchy already in cf2 :)
