Redemption of coins

Now I am getting annoyed. 3 days ago (7 April), I made a purchase of 2,000 coins/credits for €1.99. The order went through, I was given a receipt on both Curve Fever and Paypal, both through email and online of the processed order. I have not received my coins. I sent an email to support (supportatcurvefever.com), less than an hour after making the purchase about the inquiry. Included I provided the forwarded email of the receipt and a screenshot of the unchanged coin value. I have not yet received a response and want either a redemption of my coins or a refund.

 

I was considering purchasing premium for Curve Fever 2 as well, but how am I expected to give you more money when you guys are this unreliable?

 

My order number is 204622 and I am seeking a resolution. Sorry if I am making a mountain out of a molehill. I know it was only 2 Euros, but it bothers me how I invest trust and time into this game, and when I "support the creators", I'm not getting redemption or even a response for my inquiry.

I am sorry that you've had to wait. I can confirm that we have received your support ticket and it should be fixed within the next couple of days. There is only one person who can fix this issue and they are very busy at the moment! 

Again, apologies for the wait. But don't worry, you will get your coins! (Note btw, the developers don't work weekends!)

Thank you, Tranquility! I do not mind the wait. I am just happy to hear from someone. Thank you for the reassurance.

 

Just as a question of curiosity, when it comes to the purchasing of coins, is the addition of points to my account typically automated (and this was just an error), or is it manually done by one of your workers? Would this also apply for the addition of premium to my account to?

It is done automatically, but something appears to be bugging the system lately. I have no idea what causes it :(
