I question whether buying a premium account, it has all 5 bonuses (+ those with merit, if enabled) on any server, without even a premium?

I'm not really sure what you mean here. But if it's what I think it is....Yes if you buy premium then it works on all servers (EU, USA and Asia). Is that what you were asking?
Not completely. If you buy bonuses for coins, I have them on each server (no matter whether plain, group or premium). Is there, by buying a premium, entering the server for ordinary players can these bonuses used? I hope that now you understand me.
You mean colors of the lines? They can be used everywhere in the game when you buy them.
Yes bonus can be used in each servers, If you buy an item (or a bonus), it's your own item, so you can use it wherever you want.

You mean if you have premium, can other people use your bonuses? If you are premium and they are on your friendist then they can play for free. But they don't get all bonuses of being premium, no.
