New USA servers

We have a new USA based server. It is located in Dallas Texas, instead of Chicago. This way the server is better positioned to handle traffic from all over the USA and to handle traffic from Australia, Asia and South America. This should reduce the latencies seen on the American servers. Enjoy your play on the USA servers!
