hello
today i wanted to log in cf2 and it wouldn't let me. It said 'Incorrect username'.when i check the users i couldnt find my name and re-created account "atatmigi". i lost my premium, colours and friendlist and nobody could delete my account because it sends email confirm. i checked my emails and didnt see anything. i just want to learn what happend .
this is not my main account. the account i mentioned is : atatmigi

If its like here that you told noone your password and its just gone. Then do what TheImam wrote there. Send those things to supportcurve email blabla. So mods can check it.

Destin. I had that same problem with Sorosys account. I emailed the support about the premium and no response came through to my email
Also, I've sent that like 2 months ago and no reply

20 days ago, it's long! The staff team is actually small and they currently focus on developping the new version. I'll help them as I can because the support is also important and I think moderators can help them in that. I don't know if they have people who do only support, I think it's rather the developers.
Well, lets go back to the subject! I noticed with my experience, most of these problems happen when you share your password to someone else. Or, if you log in by remembering your password on a pc that someone else use, he will be able to steal the account.. It's logically impossible that an account suddenly get deleted and recreated. I play this game for more than 5 years, sometimes more than 10 hours a day, and used several accounts and it never happens! Of course, I'm not trying to put all the fault on you, just.. be careful! I hope we will find a solution. Stopping suddenly the premium service is indeed a problem to fix asap in my oppinion.
My actions are the following :
1) I share your cases : atatmigi + Sorosys internally to see if we can find a solution
2) I wait for their answer and revive if no answer in a short time
3) I contact you by private message the answer and eventual solutions
