Janusz Korwin Mikke
Janusz Korwin-Mikke (Polish pronunciation: [ˈjanuʂ ˈkɔrvʲin ˈmʲikkɛ], often referred to by his initials JKM, born 27 October 1942) is a Polish political commentator and Member of the European Parliament. He was[1] the leader of the Congress of the New Right, which was formed in 2011 from Freedom and Lawfulness, which he led from its formation in 2009, and the Real Politics Union (UPR), which he led from 1990 to 1997 and 1999 to 2003.

i want madagascar icons...
the voting means nothing. they may take it in consideration, but at the end the your-creativity-moderator decide which icons will be implemented, because the votes could be faked very easy(multi-vote with different accounts)
to explain you the system a little bit better:
the moderator for this forum section take a look on your icon and then he/she(isn't known who will become moderator/is moderator for this section after O_Q) will choose if the icon gets implemented(+ edited by the moderator) or wont be edited. for example bad drawn icons or icons with a lot of disagreement have no chance.
so the voting isn't the most important thing for your icon
