I payed the premium account but I am not getting it...HELP

Hey, could any administrator help me? I wasn´t logged in when I bought the premium account...I already got a confirmation email from moneybookers:

You have successfully made a payment to G. Burg Internet Solutions using your credit/debit card (VISA, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) on 05 Aug 2012.

The amount of EUR 4.99 has successfully been debited from your credit/debit card.

This charge will appear on your card statement as a debit by: MB*Moneybookers.com
