Its a pretty easy image to make it moving, i did it really fast in under 5 minutes:
Thats the result of this image ^^

can you explain me how you did it, that i know it next time?
Its very simple to do, it may look hard but this are the steps I did to made it moving:
Step one: Copy the image from here
Step two: Start up Adobe Illustrator
Step three: Create a new document with the size that you like
Step four: paste the image
Step five: Trace the image with the trace tool.
Step six: Expand the image
Step seven: Remove the black background and one gear
Step eight: Re-size the document to make the gear fit exactly
Step nine: Save it in .ai or .png
Step ten: Open up Adobe Flash
Step eleven: Create a new document in AS1, 2 or 3 and make the size around 700x700 pixels and the frame rate 24 fps or 25 fps
Step twelve: Make the background of the document black
Step thirteen: place the image you just saves as .png or .ai in the document
Step fourteen: Duplicate the image (we wanna have two gears)
Step fifteen: Re-size and place the second gear under the other gear
Step sixteen: Convert both images into moving tweens
Step seventeen: stretch moving tween keyframes to around 100 frames (depends on how fast you wanna make them)
Step eighteen: click on the big gear and in the right sidebar Flash will come up with some option, one of them is rotate
Step nineteen: Click on rotate and check the box "Left" (for let it rotate to the left) and in the amount box type "1" (for letting it rotate once)
Step twenty: Do the same to the other gear, only now let it rotate to the right by checking the box "right"
Step twentyone: Go to Export-Export movie-GIF Movie
Step twentytwo: set the resolution, size and if you wanna make it rotate infinite or just one time (in this case infinite)
Step twentytree: Click the save button.
Step twentyfour: Upload it to a website were you can get the link
Step twentyfive: Post it on the forum
This can also be accomplished with Adobe Photoshop
Typing this has cost me around the same time making the icon moving xD
Anyway, im happy too help
Ty very much, i will upload some more icons soon, but no moving Icons i think.
