Bandwidth saving measures results in limited friends finding

In the past we had a great feature, where all the users in all rooms are listed, and you could search through those rooms. Because our server provider is moving, and we have to pay on a - per bandwidth - basis, we decided to look where we can optimize on bandwidth. One of the things is to not show all the users in every room. This means you can now only see in which rooms your friends are in.
